MATTERS ARISISNG FROM THE MINUTES
Members inquired if there is a limit to the number of emails β question deferred to Rev. Ambe Neba who was not present.
The Chair forwarded a draft of the MISSION STATEMENT to be reviewed by all members and for adoption at a future meeting.
Matthias Waindim had registered ALL ALUMNI FUND MEEMBERS to the ELECTIVE GENERAL ASSEMBLY scheduled to take place in Buea from Nov 20 and Nov 21, 2020
Some members indicated that they have already registered through their batches/ classes or chapters.
Members brainstormed on the SOLAR ENERGY project and suggested that Prof. B. Tanyi will be asked to to provide oversight.
UPDATE ON CONTRIBUTIONS / FUNDRAISING:
-Office renovation USD 4,125.56 COMPLETE
-Initial Solar Energy USD 3,500.00 COMPLETE
- Office Equipment ( 0% raised) of USD 4,484.30
*Dr. Samuel W. Fongang pledged $200,00 to the ongoing fund drive for Solar Panels Mme Ann Mbi Assam β on invitation to the session by Mike Tubuo pledged $100,00
Both were applauded and thanked heartily.
Mr. Ebot Raphael Agbor in the UK has indicated plans to join the group.
Matthias Waindim had pledged to donate Mouse for the computers.
Waindim and Mike Tubuo earlier pledged to cover monthly cost of WIFI for the entire year
Mathias Waindim has paid CFA50,000 registration for all ALUMNI FUND members to attend the Elective General Assembly in Buea on Friday & Saturday Nov 20 & 21, 2020.

Dr. Kome promised to put a grant proposal together for Prof Tanyi to submit from Cameroon.
The timeline for initial Solar Energy installation is now. The funds, USD3,500.00 (three thousand five hundred) are ready and will be forwarded by the financial Secretary to our team in Cameroon:

Prof Tanyi will provide oversight to ensure that good quality equipment is used.
The fundraising effort continues for the Office furniture and office
equipment USD 4,484.30
Membership Drive should continue with each member to bring 5 members.
Membership is $100.00 β The Website Committee will generate a PAYPAL link for MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION.
