Ndikum Zama Leo
26 May 2023 | Michael Neba
Mr Ndikum Zama Leo was one of the early Discipline Masters in the then Grammar School Mamfe, for five years. He was the youngest staff member at the time. Linda Foba Akondeng recalls: He was very young and identified himself with students. He was very nice to students and worried no one”. Always smiling and interactive with students. His youthfulness earned him the name Petit or Small Surveillant. You found in him, creativity and gentleness.
He was soft spoken, gentle in all his endeavors and always elegantly dressed – Justice Nkengla of the first batch. Dr Kome of the same batch echoed the same sentiments adding: he spoke very polished English.
A bunch of us students lived in the same building, with him, during our early years in Grammar School Mamfe. He was all that. – Egbe Christy
May his gentle soul rest in the bosom of the Lord!!
May eternal peace be the reward of his good deeds!!!
